We enter the warped reality of one Malcolm Hanover, a college student on a meteoric rise to becoming the top dealer of prescription pills at his university. However his transgressions may appear on the surface, Malcolm holds firm to his mission to help his patients, going so far as to inundate himself in his drugs to prove their benefits, while constantly tarnishing the so called "professional" doctors who pedal medication they don't themselves consume. A twisted visualization of the ways in which students access and abuse prescription drugs, Pre-Med takes us through the rise and fall of a man possessed to better the world, through the drugs that consume his.
